From the first visit to measure and quote until completion I was always kept informed of when he would be visiting so I could plan the rest of my day accordingly. He gave me time to decide which floor I would like to install and didn’t push for a sale, even giving me different options to suit my budget. He pointed out a few issues with the foundation of my floor and gave me ideas on how I could rectify them myself without much expense.
